What age and licence do I need to rent a car?
You must be at least 23 years old, with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience and a valid driving licence.
Is there a deposit to rent a car?
Yes. When you collect the car, a deposit is held on your card as a pre-authorisation. It is not a charge — the amount is released once you return the car in its original condition.
Do I need a credit card?
No, a credit card is not required. A regular bank (debit) card is fine for the deposit. You can pay for the rental by card or in cash.
What is the fuel policy?
Full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full.
Where can I collect the car?
At the Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) car park — walk up and drive off, with no office and no shuttle. We track your flight and meet you 24/7, including night arrivals.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
